1 Medium onion finely chopped
8 ounces of thick-sliced pancetta
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Basil
Crushed red pepper (as much as you like)
1 quart of crushed or strained tomatoes
1 glove of garlic crushed and minced
Salt
1/3 cup of red wine
Freshly ground black pepper
Freshly grated Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to top
1 pound of the pasta of your choice
