House Speaker Gordon Fox
R.I. House Speaker Gordon Fox and his Finance Committee Chairman Rep. Steven Costantino, both Providence Democrats, were instrumental in passing the new $125 million loan program in the spring of 2010 that let the R.I. Economic Development Corporation back a $75 million loan for 38 Studios.
