Trailer collapses, snarls traffic

Mill Street and Railroad Avenue in Attleboro, Mass. were blocked for several hours after a trailer collapsed Tuesday morning.
The 40-foot long tractor-trailer carrying iced tea and other supplies blocked an intersection for several hours after it collapsed.
